 I've a high-scoring blastx hit that was present in a maker run against a
 protein database. But it disappears in a second maker run, when run
 against a larger protein database. I doublechecked and both protein
 databases contain the sequence. This is verifiable because there are
 intermediate files created and both maker runs contain the blastx file.
 I've attached the files and the sequence hit. (Look for the blastx hit:
 CAN65888.1)

 When comparing the GFF files from the two maker runs, there is a blastx
 and a protein2genome hit (~0.17Mb reverse direction) but in the other GFF
 file, those two hits are not there.

 Any suggestions?
