[maker-devel] Question about EST Requirement for MAKER gene annotation

I recently registered for the online MAKER beta version.  I do not have reliable EST information for the genes I would like to annotate, but your beta version appears to require EST data to annotate nucleotide sequences.  Is there any way to submit a nucleotide sequence for annotation by MAKER without EST data?
