The database rollback is related to the GFF3 files you submitted as part of your job. There is likely some formatting issue in your files. MAKER strictly adheres to GFF3 specifications, and unfortunately many databases do not supply 100% correct GFF3 format (including wormbase, which is ironic considering they host the GFF3 validator).
You can upload your GFF3 files to http://dev.wormbase.org/db/validate_gff3/validate_gff3_online to see what errors are encountered. Also send the GFF3 file to me, along with your maker control files and I can try and fix them as well (I do it all the time).
Thanks,
Carson

Dear Carson,
I have installed Maker and run the demo packages everything was fine but when I try to run my own data (solanacea databases) I've got this error:
Issuing rollback() for database handle being DESTROY'd without explicit disconnect() at /usr/local/maker/bin/../perl/lib/DBI.pm line 1631.

panic: free from wrong pool
Maker failed while examining startup data
(control files and input fasta files)!!
I have checked every single file and path to make sure everything is set up properly but I'm still having this problem. Could you suggest any idea?
