[maker-devel] exonerate parameters question

The only exonerate parameters that are settable in maker_bopts.ctl appear to be:

ep_score_limit:20 #exonerate protein percent of maximal score threshold
en_score_limit:20 #exonerate nucleotide percent of maximal score threshold

Are there other exonerate parameters which are settable in maker?

I notice that --min-intron for instance must be hard-wired to 20.

Is there a way to override this that I am missing.

And, is there a way to have --max-intron set, or any other parameters?
