 add_utr_gff.pl produces an  error:

 Can't locate object method "get_Annotations" via package
 "Bio::SeqFeature::Generic" at
 /n/site/src/bioinfo/gmod/maker/maker/bin//add_utr_gff.pl line 44

 This occurs whether running most recent bioperl-live or bioperl 1.6.0
