A new version of Maker is available for download form www.yandell-lab.org.

Changes and improvements:

*Simplified installation compared to other versions
*Fully functional MPI version of maker with improved error control
*Process restart capability in the event of a failure, maker starts where it
left off
*negative UTR lengths in quality index bug fixed
*failure on Augustus predicted UTRs bug fixed
*fixed issue with over-extension of repeat masking at each end of a contig
