[maker-devel] Help with Upcoming GMOD User Community Survey

The MAKER team is forwarding on the following e-mail from the GMOD  
developers because it may of interest to MAKER users and developers.

Hello GMOD Developers,

I am hoping to send out the first annual GMOD Community Survey in the  
next week.  I'd like your help with it.  You are getting this because  
I think you are a current (or most recent) developer for a supported  
GMOD Component.  (See the end of this e-mail for a list.)

By the end of Wednesday, October 15, please
1. Let me know you aren't responsible (and who might now be).  OR
2. The component is no longer supported.  OR
3. Send changes/additional questions to me.

If you are in case 1 or 2 then please e-mail me now (and you can stop  
reading).

The survey is at

Please go to the second page, "GMOD Components".  Check Apollo, Chado  
and GBrowse, and your component(s).  Go to the next page.  This will  
take you, in alphabetical order, through each checked component.  The  
Apollo, etc pages show you the types of questions that can be asked.   
Don't worry about messing up the survey - I'll clear test results  
before announcing the survey.

Once you have looked at the survey please send me any requested  
changes and I will see what I can do.  This is a chance to find out  
how users are using the software and what they do and don't like  
about it.  I also welcome comments on other parts of the survey too.
