[maker-devel] Bad parameters to blastx

Carson,

I've posted a new ticket to the MAKER Trac site.  Ignore it until you  
get home, I'm just trying to get the mailing list and Trac site  
running and wanted to send this out tonight.  Basically there are  
some bad parameters being passed in to blastx from the control
