[maker-devel] using new versions of snap and repeatmasker

Hi,

I'm interested in trying out your program. I'm wondering whether RepeatMasker 3-2-5 and snap 2008-04-10 will work with Maker or whether I must use:

*SNAP version 2006-07-28 (homepage.mac.com/iankorf)
*RepeatMasker 3.1.6 (www.repeatmasker.org)
